Coconut millet Porridge


175 g coconut milk
3/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 tbspn raw honey, optional
1 Tbsp. Grade A maple syrup, optional
1/8 tspns sea salt
1/4 tspn ground cinnamon
1/4 tspn ground cardamon
2 cups cooked millet
10 grams unsweetened flaked coconut
2 tbspn chopped pistachios or almonds or walnuts (optional)
2 tbspn toasted unsweetened, flaked coconut (optional)
230 grams unsweetened almond milk

Notes / Directions

10 secs speed 5 - almond milk, coconut milk, vanilla, honey, maple syrup, salt, cinnamon and cardamom. Add millet and coconut flakes
10 mins 100C speed 2

Tip: Stove top method - simmer all ingredients for 10 minutes

serve with pistachios and toasted coconut flakes, if desired.
