Bulletproof Coffee

I love the bullet proof coffee, especially when my digestion needs a rest in the wake of a later, heavier meal the night before. I also love experimenting with fasting and using bulletproof coffee as a meal replacement to enjoy the benefits of promoting my body to burn fat for fuel. I can experience great mental clarity and be free from hunger cravings to allow my digestive fire time to rekindle.

No longer do you need to feel ashamed of savoring a cup of coffee! Not only does it taste good but it’s also serving you some essential nutrients including B Vitamins, potassium, and manganese.[1] Coffee also has the benefit of delivering antioxidants [2] and stimulating sharper mind.

Ingredients

1 cup of brewed coffee

1-2 Tablespoons MCT oil

1-2 Tablespoons ghee (ideally made from grass fed unsalted butter)

Best consumed between waking and your lunch hour.

Directions: Add ingredients to blender and blend for creamy consistency.

Anna’s hack method: Add ingredients to lockable travel mug and do a little dance while shaking the mug!

Tip: Introduce MCT oil and ghee gradually to gauge your bodies tolerance for the fat. Perhaps start small, 1/2 teaspoon and gradually increase.
