Ayurvedic Tea (CCF)

Ayurvedic Detox Tea (kapha)

Ingredients

1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon coriander seeds
1 stick cinnamon or licorice
10 fresh basil leaves
squeeze lemon juice

Notes / Directions

Place ingredients in saucepan with 4 cups filtered water, bring the water to boil for 5 mins, and then steep for 2-5 mins.
Always add lemon while the tea is steeping

Ayurvedic Detox Teas (pitta)

Ingredients

1 teaspoon fennel seeds
1 teaspoon coriander seeds
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
10 fresh mint leaves
squeeze lemon juice
(to taste) raw organic sugar, such as sucanat

Notes / Directions

Place ingredients in saucepan with 4 cups filtered water, bring the water to boil for 5 mins, and then steep for 2-5 mins.
Always add lemon while the tea is steeping

Ayurvedic Detox Teas (vata)

Ingredients

1 tspn fennel seeds
1 tspn cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon coriander seeds
1/2 tspn ginger, fresh grated
squeeze lemon juice
(to taste) raw organic sugar, such as Suva at

Notes / Directions

Place ingredients in saucepan with 4 cups filtered water, bring the water to boil for 5 mins, and then steep for 2-5 mins.
Always add lemon while the tea is steeping
